CINDER & ASH is a small, one woman shop and accepting returns is not cost effective for operations. However, I want to make sure that you’re satisfied, so we’ll work together to find the best solution while maintaining the health of the business.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If items arrive damaged as a result of USPS transportation, please email cinder.ash.clay@gmail.com within 3-days of receiving your accessory. I will review damaged accessories on a case by case basis and determine the best solution for your order.

You can order CINDER & ASH products directly from this website. Simply click on the item your interested in and add item to your cart. You will then be directed to a secure checkout. If you are local to TR and want to pick up or want it delivered please select your preference at check out.
Are polymer clay earrings ʟɪɢʜᴛᴡᴇɪɢʜᴛ?
Yes! My polymer clay earrings are lightweight, and they will not weigh your earlobes down or cause any long term damage to the lobe.
I have ꜱᴇɴꜱɪᴛɪᴠᴇ ears. Can I wear these?
All earrings will be hypoallergenic and contain non toxic materials. Posts are 925 sterling silver. No GOLD & No NICKEL.
How Do I ᴄᴀʀᴇ for my Polymer Clay Accessories?
Treat your Cinder & Ash products with kindness and care! If dirty, gently wipe with a paper towel or alcohol prep wipe. Do not expose items to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Do not soak for long periods of time. Not recommended to wear while swimming, tanning, or doing strenuous activity. Do not overly bend items as they will break. Although I usually resin items to make them stronger.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All items are shipped via USPS and shipping is calculated at check out. USPS tracking is available. Shipping is ꜰʀᴇᴇ for orders above $50.
